What Motor & Tranny Oil?

So I recently purchased GT 13 (already made my first post on the "greetings section") and I want to make do a oil change to be at ease of mind. There are the engine mods that im currently rocking:

Boss 302 Intake Manifold
Intake JLT
SCT Programmer 91oct Tune
Header Dynatech Long Tubes
Magnaflow Catback 3"
X Pipe 3"

So I wanted to know what oil have you used for similar setup? or which one you guys recommend?

Also, im repairing my tranny, seems to have 3rd synchro busted or something, im taking advantage of this opportunity to install a MGW short shifter with bracket and a clutch braided line. The Hulk already has a Spec Double Disc Clutch kit and I was thinking with going with Royal Purple for the tranny? What fluid should I use for the clutch?

Thanks ! Sorry if there is a already a thread with this info.

5w-20 semi-synthetic or full for the engine. A full synthetic tranny fluid is the recommended fluid for the manuals. As to brands, well, theres all kinds of recommendations...I'll stay off of that.

I use 5w-20. Mobil 1 and Royal Purple do pretty well. I buy my royal purple off of American Muscle - they're cheaper than my local parts stores w/ free shipping. 8quarts at 10bucks each ain't that bad.

Become a preferred Amsoil customer and you'll pay less than $8.00 a quart with the benefit of using the best oil out there. I use 10w-30.

I run the royal purple filter or the K&N.

Grabber where do you get your amsoil from? I've been meaning to give it a shot.

I always put in 5w-20 Mobile 1 Full Synthetic extended performance (even though I change my oil around 5000 miles rather than 15000 lol). I have just been using OE motorcraft oil filters, but the next time I'm going K&N.

You can get Mobile 1 5 quart jugs at Walmart for only about $25. Really cheap.

Btw, Amsoil's website says specifically that they have nothing for the 2011-14 mustang 5.0 mt-82. Been searching the redline and royal purple and can't get a definitive answer of what fluid to use. Ford uses a dual clutch special fluid. Rather put in something better, but don't wanna f up this thing either.
Anyone have some advise? I know many use rp synchromax (which. I have used in a t-56), but curious if they have put a lot of miles on it.
Not sure why amsoil says they have nothing.

Ty grabber, but apparently Amsoil has rescinded their recommendation since then. Their website actually states that they do not offer anything for the 2011-14 mustang 5.0 manual tranny. Was just at a speed shop yesterday trying to buy some. Rp and redline was vague. Wonder why amsoil had a change of heart. That scares me even more now.
The only hard facts the shop could find was ford's recommended stuff that is already in there...the twin disc crap.
