2014 5.0 CS

Hey guys I just purchased a new 2014 5.0 CS, any ideas or suggestions on what I should do first with concerns of the body or the engine? Anything in generally really. I have an idea but I'd love to hear from all of you well more experienced and more understanding experts since I'm still a bit new to the world of car fanatics.

Welcome. I know you're new and I'm not trying to be a dick but just scrolling through the first page alone, there are like 3 different threads asking for mod suggestions. Take a look at some of the other threads, they will definitely point you in the right direction.

.. but if you want my suggestion, a tune from either Bama, MPT, Lund or Steeda would be your best bet for a first mod.

Focus on suspension first. The stock suspension is horrible

I had a 2007 GT and my mods to improve stability in the suspension dept. was springs, swaybars and that still didn't make it as stable as I wanted, then came the rear lower trailing control arms and that did the trick along with a BMR pan hard bar or watts link setup. I would also recommend contacting Steeda or Cortex Racing for suspension advice and get their recommendation on front control arm upgrades to stabilize the front end. For power here is where the 5.0L guys have the advantage over the 6.2L pushrod Camaro SS owners. Headers, cat back and tune will reward you with a car as fast as a Cammed and full exhaust Camaro SS, I personally would go this route. I have heard of full exhaust with headers and Boss 302 manifold cars trapping up to 120mph, very nice.
