Just make sure the door opens completely and has a normal feel to it. Make sure the electronics in that door work (speakers, door locks, power mirrors, windows). Did the passenger wheel get hit?
I just went thru getting mine repaired after a jacka$$ sideswiped me. Here's some pointers;
Make sure the paint matches. Look at it from different angles and in different light.
Check your gaps - if it looks like there's too much room between two panels or if they are sorta pinched towards another. This means ****ty repair work.
Check the electronics.
Check the state of your wheel and tire.
Ask if you need to seek warranty work on getting paint protector reapplied (if you did that dealership option)
Find out what sort of warranty the body shop has on their work.

With the insurance, work with YOUR insurance company for a rental and to see if your deductible can be waived due to not being 'at fault'.
Seek a diminished value claim against the other guy's insurance. Notify YOUR insurance that you are wanting to do this - they'll make sure the paperwork reflects that this collision is not your fault. Hope that the other guy's insurance isn't one of the $hitty shady ones that try to fight you for it (I'm currently working with a legal team to take the other guy's insurance to small claims court because they refuse to work with me on my diminished value claim...)
The other party's insurance claimed 100% fault and are doing all of the repairs. The shop has good ratings from more than just Geico work. They supplied a rental.
Never go thru your own insurance if it was the other persons fault. You will have to pay your deductible and the insurance company might not get that back from the other company. I would negotiate with the other insurance company about buying your car from you since the miles are so low. They can repair it and sell it for a loss about the same cost as the repairs. You then can buy another new car and start over. The last thing I want is a new car that's been repainted or might have lingering damage. Once you sign the papers accepting the repairs, you are stuck with any issues that may crop up.
I would claim diminished value and then trade it in after something like that
