Jba long tubes on 2014 gt 02 sensor question

So I installed my jba long tubes and noticed they have 2 bungs in each header one is up stream on one of the runners and the other is in the collector which one should I use I would like to use the one in the collector but I would have to buy o2 extensions and I've read to stay away from those.

Use the ones in the collector. If you release the harness above the transmission you will have all the length you need for the o2's.

What is required to release the harness? I can't remember if the front o2 harness was bolted to bell housing. Any reads on what all needs to be removed to be able to extend the harness?

Reach above the transmission and unclip the harness. It's three different spots to do it.
