CDC Shaker suggestions

Does anyone have suggestions on how to make a CAI and a shaker system work in conjunction? I know some custom fabrication is required. I'm just wondering if it's worked out for anyone. I love the old school look but I also want some gains with the CAI that a shaker system wouldn't provide. I've already considered the 302 manifold, but I want that classic look!!!

According to this. It's functional right out of the box.

I no longer have my stock air box. So I'm not sure how the hook up would work with an aftermarket intake.

More than likely it wouldn't. I would sell the CAI and pick up a used stock air box.

I suppose that would work. I wouldn't expect any gains from it though.
