It depends how much you're lowering the car. If it's a radical drop then it will only do so much. But for the majority of springs on the market this will work.

Yea screw the directions.

It gains back some of the negative camber you lost.

Just do it now and thank me later.

Lol ok I'll give it a shot. Any ill effects on the suspension itself?

And let's just say hypothetically I do get camber plates. Do I purchase the 05-10 camber plates because of the 05-10 struts? I've probably answered my own question, but again, noob suspension status over here

Switch the mounts around like I instructed and then see where you stand but I doubt you'll need camber plates. A little negative camber is good.

Ok grabber. I'll give that a shot. I obviously don't want premature wear as this is my daily. I put the suspension on last Thursday. They may even need to settle more.

Only thing you need to remember is to match the year for strut design to the strut mount design, regardless what year between 2005-2014.

You can use 2011-2014 struts on a 2005 Mustang if you wanted to, you just need to use the 2011-2014 strut mounts.

Gotcha. Thank you for clearing that up.
