The plate system is about 3/8 inch thick. So I get the feeling that it is going to kind of act like a throttle body spacer?!!? Right?!!!?

Let me know what y'all think of this idea...

Would like to know what kit you purchased(link?) and what extras like bottle heater etc?

That one. Also got a FPSS, bottle gauge, bap, colder plugs, purge kit, and..... that's it directly nitrous related...
Also have sct x4, jlt cai, and cat deleted h-pipe.
That's about my entire set up as of now.

Colder plugs and bap needed for the 100 shot? Or just because?

I'm only running a 100 shot to be nice to the motor... I do plan on running it up to 150 to 200 when I drag it at the strip... that's why

And with me, the 150 is only gonna be for special occasions... Friday night cruises that sometimes turn into group freeway pulls (on ramp to speed limit pulls that is ), and drag strip time!

Well.... After much reading on multiple different forums (then searching the classifieds section), I went ahead and placed my order for a bottle heater for the nitrous...

Guess it's for the best to have a reliable setup that I'm looking for!

Eff me man... what's another 250 when you're already deep into it

Have you started on the install yet? Good call on ordering the bottle heater. It's a must have IMO.

Ya got the bottle mounted in the trunk (per the guidelines), n2o line ran from the trunk to the NX plate, and plate system installed...
Waiting on a friend to come over to do the wiring of the nitrous, BAP, and window switch cuz I don't know **** about wiring and electrical crap!!!

Well I got shafted hard by either AM or the folks at Nitrous Express with my purge valve setup...

Like 3 fitting are missing out of the box and they just so happen to be fittings that I need kinda bad to make the setup work!!!

And I just started on it trying to finish it this weekend! Guess that won't be happening until I can get on the phone with AM come Monday

I'll bet you can find the fittings at your local performance shop. Not sure what size you need for the NX solenoids, but it should end up being an 1/8" NPT -3AN or -4AN fitting; straight, 90 degree or 45 degree, depending on how you intend to route your line.

The big one I'm missing it that 4 port black piece that connects all of the pieces primarily! I'm not too sure places would have that. But the unions and tees I can almost get anywhere

The purge should come directly off the nitrous solenoid itself. Uses a "t"

Never had a " 4 port black piece" ????
The purge kit for the single nozzle and plate kit are the same thing, with the exception of a piece of 4 an line for the " plate one.

Just looking for the quick and easy, down and dirty how to...
Yes it came with instructions which I will read, but I'd also like some input or some "it's easier if you do it this way" advice!!!
Lol
Thanks

That's exactly where I was gonna put mine... first of all. What is the best way to get to the 12v power wire that runs directly to the pump? How did you approach that?

Let's try this again. App keeps crashing **** lmao

OK there is a small hole coming from the bottom of the trunk. With wires coming out of it protected by a plastic insulator. Cut a slit in the insulator and pull the wires out. The "shinny" red wire will splice into the Grey wire with the green line.
The " brighter" red wire will splice into the solid grey wire.

Then attach the ground wire to the metal brackets on the backside of the trunk.

And just for clarification: which wire has the fuse in line that you are referring to... the "shiny red wire" or the "brighter red wire"...
Just so i dont reverse wire this crap!!!

Dam just looked at that wrote it wrong. The dull wire. The one with the fuse will splice into your solid grey wire.
The shinny one will splice into your grey wire with green stripe.

Wrote the dam thing 3 times with the app crashing then when it finally posted it was backwards.

But yes fuse wire to the solid grey wire.

Other one to grey wire with green stripe.

And for as far as whole on the bottom of the pump itself mine does not have that.

Rap would you happen to have access to the wiring diagrams and/or schematics? Don't really need them, but would love to start tinkering. NoData (alldata) and michell on demand are pretty useless and since my Assist program is meant for infinit/nissan vehicles lol I would really like to find a way to get the electronic service manuals or something for our cars. hmmm
