Considering my front grille project...

So my plan was to leave my 2014 GT grille as is, except add the Raxiom smoked halo foglights, but now I have been seriously looking at the CDC open grille, and add the Roush lower grille delete... I love the GT500 front end, and I would love to replicate it... I have my GT500 spoiler at the dealer getting painted, and am thinking of going this route instead... I will lose the fogs, and my pony logo, but to look like a GT500, I am thinking I might just do it... That's one thing about modifying our cars... So many choices and options!

It'll look good either way. If you go the CDC route, send me a pm and I'll buy your old grilles from you. Good luck!

I have the CDC grille. Just make sure that when you take the bumper off you paint the condenser black. I made that mistake and the silver condenser ruins the look. They even make a special Radiator black paint that's made for this.

Appreciate the info guys... I will definitely paint the radiator black for sure if I go that route... The Roush lower delete is a bit too much for me... If i do it, I will have to pay a shop to handle it for me for sure!

Once again, I have the Chargriller grill. One side is gas for when I feel like cheating, and the other side is charcoal with the optional smoker attachment. Love it.

There really is a lot of choices out there and you honestly can't go wrong. I think any of these kits will definitely do the trick for you!

Keep up the great work with your build and let us know what you decide on. I'll gladly help you out!

I too would live to do the cdc gt500 style grille but I don't want to lose the driving lights. So I'm thinking of going with the boss 302 grille

AM doesn't have factory OEM GT500 prepainted spoilers... they sell a knockoff version... you will have to get it done yourself... factory paint job and install cost me $350, it's all on my thread about it... but it came out really nice, so I am happy

quality for sure... also, the guerney flap is seperate on the back, that spoiler AM sells is not a genuine ford oem part... I wanted the real deal, just like the actual GT500 has...

here are the links...

real: AR3Z-6344210-BB FRPP Shelby GT500 Rear Wing for 10-13

knockoff: Mustang GT500 Style Rear Spoiler - Pre-painted (10-14 All) - Free Shipping

it's your call my man...
