Vibration at 2200rpm

I recently installed a 1pc drives haft and had to adjust the pinion angle. In order to reach the upper control arm, I had to remove my axle back and over axle pipes. Re-installed everything and torqued it down. I then installed the whiteline transmission bushing and stiffer ds safety loop and torqued everything down. I now seem to be getting a vibration (enough to shake my keys and visually see my steering wheel shake) at 2200rpm regardless of whether I'm moving or in gear. I can sit in my garage in neutral and it will happen. Any thoughts? Could a transmission bushing cause vibration in neutral?

It is the whiteline bushing. Remove and either cut off the big centre ear or drill a 2.5" hole in it with a holesaw. That will tone down the vibes alot without any effect on performance.

I was debating on removing in completely to ensure that was the cause. It's just a pain in the a** getting the car back up in the air now that it's lowered! Seems odd that it occurs when it's in neutral and stationary though.. I guess it's constraining the engine more while revving?

Probably more like the general low level vibes of a moving car are masking some of it out. Do what you suggest. If you want to make it easier to J
jack a low car drive the front wheels up on a couple pieces of 2x6.

Luckily I can duplicate the issue while stationary. That way I can test it while it's in the air.

So I pulled the bushing out and ran the car up on the jack stands. Vibration was about 80% better. Still a minor one. Trimmed the bushing to. Make sure it wasn't sticking out and hitting the stifler ds loop and cut a 1" hope through the center of the middle piece. It's about 50% better than before. Still a vibration but alot more livable. If I get bored maybe I'll cut a larger hole and see how it goes!
