Gauge Cluster Swap '12 to 2013

So my uncle is wondering how do you Swap the 2013 Gauge Cluster w/ Track Apps?

What is needed?
And please provide part numbers and or website please

All I see so far is:
ABS Module
PATS Relearn
"As Built" Data
5 switch module or 2013 Steering wheel
Odometer Reset
IPC
PCM

my guess would be looking at the thread titled "How to install a 2013 Mustang Track Apps Instrument Cluster in a 2013 Base model GT" and going through the 7 pages listed in the parenthesis and finding an answer there...but like I said, that's only a guess

Oh man, what are we going to do. Hopefully someone will make a tutorial on the swap. Hopefully their name will be Deerslayer (don't ask why, just because).

How expensive is this conversion? I wouldn't mind track apps but not if it breaks the bank
