Speaker Replacement

I'm assuming any 5"x7" speakers will fit the door and the rear on the 2014 Premium GT with the Shaker 500.

Ya I got alpine type S 5x7. They're alright but I would look at rockford or Polk.

Yes they will fit, but the factory rear deck speakers are actually 6X8. The mounting tabs on the 5X7 still line up with the factory holes, but there will be a slight gap around the speaker in the rear deck. I didn't like the gap around mine, so I went to a plexiglass company and had some plexiglass adapter plates laser cut and drilled using the supplied cardboard speaker templates. Now they fit perfectly.

Not sure on the part number, but I bought my adapter plates for the front doors from Tousley Ford for $35. You will need a left and right .

I also used the Alpines, I bought from Crutchfield so they included the adapters. I didn't have any gaps front or rear...

SPEAKERS

I went with the Shelby GT/Kicker 6X8 in the Front, and the JL Audio 5X7 in the Rear.
