Trying something new here... What are your opinions on the caliper colors?

Got some questions. What paint do you guys use, how do you prep before.. and how many times do you hit it?

Cleaned calipers with exelene followed by 2 coats of primer. After they dry I sprayed 3 coats with 20 to 30 mins between coats. After they dried I hit them with 2 coats of clear

Was thinking of going with sonic blue to match my car but I'm not sure if that will be to much blue

Did you use a Brembo sticker then clear coated over it? I was thinking of doing my Brembos but wasn't sure.

Damn! I think I had my car jacked up, wheels off, painted, installed, and lowered by the time you were in the middle of your first coat! LOL

I just wiped with wax and grease remover, and sprayed withGold Engine Enamel spray paint..

I left them just as they were but put newspaper over the rotor.. Still got some paint on but knew I would be trying multiple colors so will fix any overspray at a later date :]

I took my time dude lots of cigarette breaks and dogging it. Wanted the brembos to look factory so I did a lot of masking and they came out pretty sweet. My rears took way less tine but again people normally spray over the rear bad thats exposed I cover mine up so I have a black and yellow two tone

I think they look really good especially with the black wheels. I think as long as you have a neutral color car and dont go overboard small accents like that look good.

I've got a 13 SG with black wheels and I'm thinking about painting mine black with white Stang decals or possibly Gold.
