Where are my paint pro's

Noticed these the other day why washing my car. The first one appeared to be a adhesive black tape so I pulled on it and it was actually the back side of the paint folding out from the seam. I sent the photos to the dealer who is taking it up with ford, what is the correct way to fix this, touch up or new piece? Don't want a issue a few years down the road?

that's shouldn't happen, hopefully ford will fix it, but although you could get away with touch up, the correct way would be to take the piece off and respray the whole thing.

If ford won't fix it I would do some touch up paint and you can always have the whole piece painted later.

I'm assuming that is the bumper. I wonder if it got hit and flexed....good luck if it is plastic is tough to paint.
