Header Torque Specs

My kooks finally arrived, going to start the install on Friday and was curious as to the torque specs and if anyone is using anything to seal the gaskets? Thanks

Good and tight should be fine. I reused my stock gaskets and stock hardware, nothing else. No leaks.

Are those the 1 3/4 or 1 7/8?

+1 just make them as tight as you feel them right. i read that they should deb around 20 ft lbs. but you won't be able to stick a torque wrench in some places so i just made them as tight as i seem fit.
