2013 dyno numbers

Hey everyone, I just had my car on the dyno to see what she would make. Passes made in 5th gear
6 speed manual, Mods are Roush axelback and bama 93 tune. I feel like the numbers are low but it was high 90's temp wise. Let me know what you think. Thanks. Click image for larger version

Auto or manual? If manual what gear was it done in?

That tq curve is what I would be worried about.

Was your pull done in 5th gear?

It's a manual, I wish I knew what gear it was in but like an idiot I didn't ask... What's wrong with the tq curve?

Should be more flat I think, but what could cause that? Just the tune?

Yes. All the dips etc are the tune.
Run away from bama

Ok, that's what I was hoping. Should be an easy fix. Car feels good though. I'll be getting a Dyno tune in the future. Thanks.

Every dyno reads different. Just use the same one to know what your gains are.

I've been on that dyno before. It did seem to read low vs. how my car ran.

Kjdjr18,

I've seen some similar numbers on Dynojets with close to identical mods and same temps but I'm sure we could find a few more ponies in there! Can you shoot me a PM so I can get a tuner on the phone with you to get some datalogs set up? In the meantime how's the car driving?

Alex

Alex,
Thanks for the reply, the car is driving pretty good to me and feels strong. I'm sure the weather had a lot to do with the numbers. I'll send a pm.

Alex the hp is not the issue. The dips and etc In the graph is.
Bama is notorious for this. Adress this and maybe you can start coming up in the tuning community

To be fair, its an OTS map, you cant expect miracles from a tune that was not specifically designed for a car. They're just meant to be base maps to get you going with your mods, and give you the option of continuing with Bama, or finding a tune else where.

That being said, if you didnt dyno stock, these numbers basically mean nothing. This is basically just your baseline, and you can track progression from here, but as far as just numbers are concerned, they're basically arbitrary.

I'm seeing this as well and I've had this sent over to our head tuning specialist. We appreciate your feedback!

I'm working to get a datalog now to send to bama but my diablosport intune won't update the data on the pid's. I have also contacted the Dyno shop to get the file from those runs. I will update. Bama has been very helpful though.
