It was literally a coin flip between Roush and Edelbrocks kit from Brenspeed. Really came down to no one having experience with Roush here in PHX. If I have issues theres 2 shops nearby that specialize in Edelbrock.

Good to hear no problems so far, #1 concern was longevity of a boosted engine. Trying to get 200K out of my car.....only 184k to go!

I know 0 people with the edlebrock so I can't help you there.

Figure with a S/C installed, the engine/internals/drive train warantee is as good as gone anyways. Its a risk. Would have loved to go with the 700 level kit out the door, but maybe when the car has some mileage on it with the lower level kit and pulley.. may increase the boost then.

Yeah. I figured I toasted those but since it's emissions related I'm hoping they will fix it and not pin it on the supercharger. That and not Charge anything for looking at it. If not then that was the risk I was willing to take.
I may get risers as brenspeed thinks that will help since it seems that too much air is messing with the reading. If I didn't have emissions I would turn to 02 sensors off. The good news is it's a blast to drive

Im sure it kicks *** at that level! Emissions here also by year 4 or 5 of a car. Leaving the sensors on as well when they configure the edelbrock tune. Right now Ive have mine off with the Bama tunes (and no S/C as of yet)....easier when you get them free for life rather than spending $200-300 every time you make a change from a shop.

Too bad Bama doesnt support S/C tunes, but then again would MUCH rather have a shop like Brenspeed or a specialist in town calibrate it! The money spent is well worth it.

So do you rely solely on Brenspeed to update your tunes or have you tried a speed shop in your area?

I can only imagine the full 710 r. I used the 85 pulley to keep boost at 9. It's my dd and I too want to keep it for well over 200k of possible.

Brenspeed thus far though I'm thinking of going to bowling green for a vmp dyno tune if I can save up some cash at nmra
