Thank you all for bringing this to our attention. We worked extremely hard to get these back on the market over the past couple months. We test fitted multiple samples before approving production and clearly there is some inconsistencies. We are now aware of all these issues. Rest assured we are working on a solution for all of you. Everyone will 100% be taken care of and will receive a satisfactory part. Anyone that has issues should email info@mustangrtr.com with pictures and a brief description of the problem being experienced as well as your contact info. I will work through it with each of you individually and get it taken care of. We have shipped many over the past week, most of which are 100%. We sincerely apologize if you are experiencing a problem. we look forward to getting this handled for you all.

P.S. I am a dude! Just to clear that up...

Thank you

Came here to update on my status and noticed that Jess beat me to it.

Sent my email at 7:13PM and got a response by 7:30PM. Out of regular work hours and a response that fast gives me the confidence that RTR is indeed trying to do their best to get us all at a 100% satisfactory level.

I look forward to the solution.

Jess thank you for getting back to us all. I had emailed the company a while back and did not receive a response, but that is neither here nor there now. Hopefully all the issues can be rectified in a timely fashion.

I was looking at that. I did the upper and lower grille so far. Next, trying to decide what chin spoiler to do.

Also, definitely get the GT500 spoiler! It looks extremely sexy. That's what I got. Can't wait to pair the resolved RTR decklid panel with it on my car.

I wanted those grilles, but the price shied me away. Went with a cheaper billet option as you can see up top in my pic. I love the Roush splitter. It's subtle, but it says you like to party. The RTR is a little too gaudy for me. And I'd have to get it painted. Love the black and lime green theme Ya got going on there. I was thinking about doing a white/black/lime theme myself.

Yeah same with mine. I'm not dealing with that bs damage for a decklid..regardless of how totally badass if may be. I don't want to have to buy an entire new trunk lid in a year when the think just falls apart.

Did anyone ever see the CDC replica? I wonder what that quality was and whether theirs was full length or if it used the tape.

I never got a chance to see it. But I'm dropping my car off to the body shop on Monday and getting this piece of crap rectified. I'm not dealing with returning it, and possibly getting the runaround. It's not going to break the bank for me so that's the route I'm going with it. Still, I'm disappointed that I even have to fix it for what I paid. People who aren't familiar with mustangs or RTR are like, "you paid how much for that?!?!?!?" And I just hang my head in shame and nod yes.

Well mine is back from the body shop and looks good. Hopefully coming together tonight. Now we will see what RTR says about it all but very proactive so far. Mine actually had burrs in metal as well as notches out as pics posted show.
