Drift

How many of you like to take your pony out and just whip that *** all over the streets? Not illegally of course. Okay... maybe just a little c;
Seriously though. What do you guys think about drifting those 5.0's.

Burnouts and open lots sure... But I'll pass on taking it out for a hoon sesh. Not risking ruining a brand new car. That's what my friends old 240s are for lol

I don't show my *** on public roads, but I have been known to practice some maneuvers in empty parking lots on occasion.

It's rather easy to get the stock pzeros to break loose and stay loose, especially on the stock suspension. It's easily controllable though.

I can thank my older brother for drifting my car right into a curb. I now have two rims that are ruined scraped to hell. At least he's replacing them when I find some wheels I like.

^ THAT SUCKS!!!!

I don't do it (anymore) personally, but I see guys at autocross events doing it (with varying success) and it looks like a lot of fun! It also looks VERY hard on the car!
Haha.
But you WILL have a different outlook on drifting, and drifters, if you ever participate in an autocross and work the course... Cleaning up knocked down cones after some of the "less-skilled" drifters do a lap can become tiresome.

Yeah it's the pits. I was slightly upset. But just need to find some wheels I like and he'll replace them. But I kinda liked these OEM wheels but not paying what they want. Two OEM wheels cost as much as a set of aftermarket.

Machining the face and edges costs about $100-150 each.

And that looks hardly bad for drifting sideways up against a curb. Like Makky said if you don't want them send em to either him or me.

Pictures don't show nearly how bad they are. They're extremely deep and damaged. It's not a case of OCD. I thought of having them fixed unfortunately I live on the middle of no where and no one around does that kind of work and as deep as they are not sure it could be done anyway. Not to mention even if it's live able for some not for me especially since I didn't do the damage.
