Internal upgrades pistons,rods, ect..

So I'm looking to internally upgrade my 5.0. I'm really familiar with cars I am a mechanic and everything done to my car Iv done myself. But when it comes to engine building I'm not as familiar. I put on the roush stage 1 supercharger kit. And want to know what would be the ideal internal upgrades to hold around 580 600hp. Where are some good sites to check out for parts? And what's needed when upgrading (all new bolts, bearings, rings, ect?).

From what I have seen rapinator is rather knowledgeable on building. I think he prefers the nitrous route though but sure he can help regardless!

Stock Internals will be fine with 580-600 with a supercharger.

I'f you are looking to build. You will need rods, pistons, billet oil gears, all new hardware, bearings etc.

The crank is already forged.

Just decide of you want to stay stock compression. Or drop down to 10.1 or 9.5
