Built motor

My question is about having the stock motor built as I am not too knowledgeable past basic bolt on's and power adders. Having the internals replaced with a complete MMR kit would there be a HP gain at all or is the motor just strong enough to hold a higher amount of HP with the addition of a power added. I guess my end goal would be a naturally aspirated motor that is very durable and would have the ability to handle a turbo kit later down the road.

the mmr kit would not add any hp, but will allow more hp. if youre keeping the car stock do not do the rebuild until youre going with the turbo or sc. the engine will do the way it is with minor upgrades.

Only way to add HP with internal work is increases compression, or a stroker, which will be verry slight
