Great idea. Cheap out on one of the most important components to your vehicle and safety.

The camber bolts are fine. If you road race, maybe not, but for normal driving and occasional autocross, they work great. I have used the bolts and caster camber plates so I am not just barking out the side of my neck.

+1
I researched this topic for literally months and I came to the conclusion that the bolts are fine for a 1.5 inch drop or less, they do a great job.
Unless you are drifting your car everyday, bolts are the way to go unless you are doing a complete suspension pack. I occasionally autocross and I know a few people over at grassroots and they actually recommended the bolts unless I'm auto crossing every weekend. A lot of people go with the bolts on their $2k and under category and they said they are just as good

Did that change in 2013+ Rap? Any new data logs on the 2014s as well still doing it? After I put in the Ford Racing TrackCal tune, I tend to see lots more rich running A/F in my 2013 GT. I will do some data logs this weekend for up Top.

We want the people who lost #8 on this thread for verification, with pics and documentation to back it up.

Is a 12-13 AFR lean?(that's what I've seen at high rpm's on the track apps AFR monitor) I don't know jack about what's lean/average/rich for the AFR.

No, lean at WOT is generally saying Stoich or higher/ 14.2 for 2011+ calibrations. Stoich is great for good milage and best burn, but not good to have at WOT; generally, mostly, other adverbs etc.

Stoichiometry is called perfect combustion by Chemists

Just curious, why do you say a stock tune is one of the worst things for your motor? Because it is on the lean side for EPA standards?

I REALLY want to tune my 2014, but don't want to void my powertrain warranty if my motor develops the infamous tick or something goes south. My engine just turned 1000 miles the other day.

Like explained before the stock tune causes the car to run lean at higher RPM's. That tick is not harmful to the car, my car has the tick and it's at 61 000 km with no problems. If you are so worried about your warranty then don't get a tune, because if you do happen to get the #8 cyl failure then at least warranty will cover it.

Many can't comprehensively explain why, they just spout off what they read somewhere else.

It's simple the stock tune runs lean up top, look for yourself.

He's just an *** hole to everyone, I have no idea how he hasn't been banned. I've never actually seen him contribute positively to anything on here.
