You can easily roll the rear fenders about 1/4-1/3" out. There's some welds along the fender that makes rolling in more difficult. But you should be able to clear your setup

I think his offset is +35 with 305 on 10.5" wide rims. May need to roll fenders even on 1.5" drop. Will be fine on 95% of the dips and bumps but my rub on bad dips.

He has a 295 tire and a +40 offset. It's basically the same as the vossen rims. He should be fine.

This is scaring me lol, I'm pretty low and want some wide meats out back... :/

In fact I want those same wheels but 19's.
