But seriously how boring would this be if people just read through old threads all the time? Making new threads give people who have had the exhaust on longer a chance to give their updated opinion and a chance to help someone out.

They die? Man its a cruel cruel world for exhaust threads. Why would you want to bring new exhaust threads just so it could die? Just keep the old ones going! Lol

Installed my 500 Friday night, already had the resonator deletes. Sound is deep throaty over stock, louder but not too loud. It's perfect for me

The 13-14 version sticks out way less man. Stop trying to mislead people.

Which axle backs sound better

I have flowmaster outlaws and they sound aggressive. I wouldn't go any other way. Look them up online $388 shipped from latemodelrest. I listen to all different set ups and could not decide until I heard the outlaws

The 11-12 s type sticks out too far when used on a 13-14. It was so bad that borla redesigned them for the 13-14 and gave them to people for free who bought the 11-12 ones. I received a free pair because AM marketed them as 11-14, so borla without question immediately shipped me a revised pair. Borla is a stellar company. AM didn't do a damn thing.

Interesting to hear peoples thoughts, i got the Roush A/B on my 2014 GT and it does sound AMAZING! but a little too loud for my liking and as a Daily Driver so i had to take them off. I will be posting a sale for them soon. Probably should have got the GT500s but it was fun to have a nice Sunday drive with the Roush's on

You would love the S type. It's not as loud as the roush. The big different is at wot though.

Only if you install a hula girl bobble doll on your dash and run Rainbow Brite and My Little Pony stickers down side of your car.

I got the ATAKs on my GT after the S-types on my 3.7 V6.

Thanks for the info Mikeyt03 about the S Types I think i need to source some. I read up on them more and they sound like a good choice. I presume they are louder than the GT500s? I think hearing them in person and if possible going on a drive with an owner would be way better than listening to YouTube videos.

if you can synch your phone to the stereo go sit in your car and listen to YouTube videos with the volume way up. Sounds a lot better than your phone or iPad or desktop.

Yes they are louder than the GT500s also made by Borla for Ford.
1) GT500
2) S-Type
3) ATAKs

How loud are we talking? I'm having trouble deciding between GT500 and Roush. Loud is important...but I drive this thing every day to work too.
