Headlight Tints Installed

Just wanted to post my new AM Headlight tint. It was simple but I got a bit of bubbling going on so I might order another piece along with the splitter and have a tint shop installed Click image for larger version

Do you think you could post a pic of light output at night for stock compared to the tint? I want these, but am worried about night driving with them. I've heard several things about the light output.

Thanks. I have my taillights and 3rd brake light tinted, along with windows, so I think headlights and foglights tinted would be great.

Looks good. Before you buy another set give it a couple days cuz those bubbles could go away. They did for me on my other mustang. Also if you want use a needle on the bubbles and it will help a lot and they will "heal" themselves after a couple days.

Also have them on my 2011. Great product. Had the blackout plastic covers before and couldn't see anything at night. These are a lot better, of course not as bright as without them but much much better. I have the hid headlights so I plan to just upgrade to a slightly brighter bulb to compensate for the tiny.

You def recommend the tint over the covers? I will be going with the tint if the covers cause such problems.
I have a set of Raxiom chrome projector HID halo headlights for sale in perfect condition super super cheap if you want a brighter light. I bought the wrong pair I don't have HIDs.

I did the opposite. I tinted my fogs and left the headlights. But I also plasti dipped the pony black so it blacks out the grill. I like the way it looks.

Absolutely. I had the covers and it was very hard to see at night. No such issues with these. My car has the hid headlights option from the factory already. I'll just upgrade to an 8k bulb =)

Here's some pics of the same tint covers from AM the op has.

On a side note my fog lights are also tinted out.

Am muscle as well. Just make sure you have a heat gun or hair dryer. And use some soap with the water to apply.

I didn't use any of that, just some water put em on, use the card that comes with em to get the water out from behind and done. No issues. These specifically say non chlorinated water. Other products have specified soap and water but not the light covers.

Looking from the front is not going to tell you the light output.
Park the car facing a wall and let's see it,

Exactly what I was thinking. Let's see them facing something with the tint on, at night.

I have the GT covers. They come off easily for night use. You have to open the hood to remove them, so they cant be stolen. Very good design.

What happened to the lights against garage pics? I want to see the difference between stock and tinted for output. Seriously thinking about getting the tint.
