Thump/Rattle Noises in Rear

I lowered my car and added eibach pro kit, but recently i have been hearing thumping noises as i go over bumps fast, even rattling as well coming only from the back of the car.

any idea what this could be?

Can't remember what all is included in the eibach pro kit, but a common source of rear end clunking/popping after lowering is the oem sway bar endlink bushings. I'd also go through and make sure everything is still torqued properly. Something could have settled after driving a bit and needs to be retorqued.

The thump could be you hitting your bump stops.. I lowered my car on Coilovers and cut my bump stops in half and constantly still hit them giving a thumping noise.. Probably that.

I'm going through the same thing. I did SR springs and BMR panhard bar. It sounds like I am bottoming out on slow bumps. I thought maybe a blown rear because they are still stock. Should I get aftermarket bump stops and change the shocks?

Here is an update

I went to the dealership where it was installed at and had them take a look. Turned out to be a loose nut on the pan hard bar, as soon as they corrected it drives like a new car.

Do you have a adjustable upper control arm?
