Perhaps in the Boss, but don't expect a stock GT to be happy operating at close to 8k. You'll need a new clutch at the very least, and I'd recommend upgrading valve train components.
Boss manifold debate is often times heated. You'll loose torque but gain power above 6500rpm. The question is how far you are willing to rev. There are significant differences between a Road Runner and a Coyote engine that allow the Boss 302 to reach its 7500rpm redline. And the differences are not just in the engine.
Personally I'd maximize torque in the mid range and stick with the standard Coyote manifold. Vorshlag, who have had a good deal of success racing their 2011 GT
, have stated that they do not like the Boss manifold because it looses power everywhere below 6500rpm.
But the Boss manifold sure looks pretty in the engine bay!
