exhaust size with FM Outlaws

Quick question about the flow masters outlaws i just recently saw that they are 2.75 inch tubing. I was planning on adding 3 inch all the way on the exhaust. would this make a difference in sound? should i just stick to 2.75 from x pipe back or would it be okay to go 3 to 2.75 at the axle back?

Axle back u would be fine with that size. But ur good up to around 460 to 480 with a 2.5 inch pipe if u start getting bigger behind ur were ur factory 3 inch is u will star losing low end.

I'm running a full 3" exhaust. You will not lose any low end going that big, trust me. My trap speed of 121 mph says I'm making pretty good power with it.

Joaquin and I have have essentially the same mods less the Boss Intake. That alone isn't enough of a difference.
