Correction the company is actually called "Late Model Auto Parts Depot."
They are located in Cathedral City, Ca.
The email I got from them, you could tell they were not happy with me for getting Shelby to Help. (Also I copy the Dealer on any email I sent to Shelby-work habit)
The owner of Late Model.. I guess didn't remember when we spoke the first time about my car.. I had asked about the Shelby Unit working with the Raxiom Head Unit.. I can understand that.. I can..
BUT>> today I got an email with the RMA and what to do, He also called me a lair about not one but two of my email facts.
1. He stated, he would never of sold the unit to me if I had told him about the Raxiom head unit.
2. This is the next one.. When I had emailed Shelby I told them I should of bought the Amp through them .. I had only saved about 12$ ( Yes, IM cheap),
I stated the 12$ wasn't worth the lack of support. Late Model owner tells me he saved me more than 12$ because the list price was 499.99.. I have screen shot the Add for Shelby for a later date/ Reply. Shelby has it on sale for 449.99..
Late model sold it to me for 437.5... that's actually 12.49..
Again he may not of known Shelby had them on sale. My problem is..
Bold face call me a lair in an Email! Really!

Hi Greg, sorry for all the confusion, the amp will not work on your modified
system, if you would have ever mentioned it to us we could have avoided all the
trouble, please return to SA & use RMA #3273 & write it on package, once they ok
return we will issue credit or refund purchase price of amp.

P.S. that amp retailed for $499.99 so we gave you a nice discount off list @
$437.50, other amps retail for $449.99, not his one which is moot now but had
seen complaint that we only saved you $12.50 & that was not true either.
Maybe I am wrong, but you can make your own mid up.
I feel when you spend 400 plus $$ on something and your having problems you the Seller should stand behind your product, not make the customer do all the work. If need be I can send the first email that sounded like well you out of luck but kicker will not take back the Amp unless its still in new condition..
I'm really upset so I hope this all makes sense. Let me know what you think so I know if my thinking is wrong.
