Roush or Hellion?

Hey guys I've been a lurker on here for a while just admiring the cars and I finally got myself a 2014 gt 5.0 6 speed manual. And now I'm trying to decided between saving up for a stage 3 roush or a stage 3 hellion double turbo upgrade. From the research I've done it seems like the hellion kit will give me more hp but I'm just lookin for the best for my Stang. Also I'm new to upgrading a REAL muscle car so what upgrades should I do too the suspension etc before getting my beast supercharged. Look forward too hearing from you guys thanks in advanced !!!

I drove a 2001 ford xlt lol. This isn't a right now decision just something I'm looking forward too within the next two years and the reason I got a mustang was because of a roush my friends dad had and mine just still doesn't have that kick that his roush did.

You will never use the twin turbos full potential unless you build your motor and put a lot of money into getting it to hook.

Ok well since I'm not rebuilding the engine I would get better bang for my buck from the roush supercharge?

Ok anything I should upgrade to help support the extra power before I get the kit or does it all come with the kits?

I say whipple, theres alot of time and research put into it and it has instant throttle unlike any other sc out there.

what you mean by support the extra power?
Do you mean what else to upgrade to put the power down?
if so, better tires, lca, uca, strut and shock, sway bars.
Dont ever upgrade all at once, do one at a time. You can upgarde tires first and go from there,

In addition to winkawaks list frame connectors, and a stronger clutch. I also like the Whipple setup.

Ok so between the whipple and vmr kits the main difference I see in the kits is choosing between 6-7 psi or 8-9 psi what does the psi effect?

I wouldn't be so quick to shoot down twins. At 6-7 psi you'll be making just as much if not more then a blower at 10 psi. I have the Armageddon twin kit and at 8.5 it made 686. No supercharger will even come close to making that power at such low boost. I turned it way back since then and am only running 7psi with 13* of timing. I think since you're staying with the stock motor for a whole it's all the more reason to go turbo. It won't put as much stress on the motor since the boost come it's smoother and isn't instant like a supercharger. My.02
