Anyone notice uneven sound from their exhaust?

I have my roush a/b on for almost a month now. Sometimes when i listen each exhaust seperatley while its in idle i hear more growl/tone on the passenger side compared to the driver side. Driver side growl is minimal. any ideas?

Ahh, the exhaust fumes overcome you after you listen to the first side for too long

Some old school cars did this depending on firing order. the Coyote has the original flat head 8 ford firing order, not the Ford V-8 firing order.

Maybe your drivers side muffler has more packing in it.

I know mine came with only one resonator. That could be what you're hearing.

Most straight through design mufflers i.e. Magnaflow/Borla etc. use packing. Not sure on Roush.

Stupid to even ask but I have to. Have you checked for water in it? Even if it has a weep hole it can get clogged. That could definitely impact the sound.

Your car came from the factory with only one resonator?

I'm not saying anything against you at all. And you could be 100% accurate. I do know though that a LOT of the guys on here that were saying that they only had one on their car from the dealership they were wrong. They looked under their cars and saw the dent in the resonator only on one side so they just figured that there was only just the one dented one that they could see. The passenger side also had a dent but it faces upwards so you can't see it until you pull it off the car. Do you have a picture of the pipe without the resonator by any chance?

You could be correct. I didn't inspect it thoroughly, I just noticed it when I was putting my axle backs on. I only had one dent on the passenger side.

Just put my abs on and saw the same thing. I figured I hit something in the road or something. But maybe it's normal for them to have the dent.

They ALL come dented from the factory. That's how they're made. I promise you, both sides are dented.

I checked several times included having some rev while i stand behind the car. The driver side is louder and has more growl than the driver side for sure. Why? I cant be the only one.

Drill weep holes in it and see if there's water in there.

---------- Post added at 12:45 PM ---------- Previous post was at 12:44 PM ----------

I meant one in each muffler. Not several holes in one muffler.

Theres already small drainage hole on each muffler.
