Looks good. I'm sure it has already been said but which type if paint are you guys using for this? And it's in a spray can right, not airbrushing or anything?

I used krylon fusion paint. Others have used vht.

Decreased it, rinsed it well, dried well then paint.

Make sure you put a clear on after painting. I re-did all my covers 2x with VHT high temp ford blue before finally giving up and buying some hydrodipped replacements. The paint kept flaking off on the plastic covers after a few months

Masking tape and I used a razor blade or an xacto knife.

I got all mine on eBay. The plenum cover came from Shelby off a customer's car installing a Supercharger. The coil covers were another eBay auction.

I had a similar idea, I painted the cut out areas white and clear coated with krylon.
