I plan on finding a white 2011/2012 5.0 auto, doing the common bolt ons/suspension and an AED tune and enjoy it. Then one winter install the On3 kit and turn it up to 600rwhp. Then at that point I'll probably start looking for a second motor to forge and drop in.

In the meantime... I lurk on many Coyote forums and here as well.

Was kicking around a Cyclone as a DD but will probably turn the 98GT in my avatar into my dedicated DD unless there is salt/snow on the roads.
That's how u do it the only reason I'm doing the motor 1st is there is a shop down here that's going to do it all for me in Texas and I'm here for work so I better get it done be for I leave to go back to south carolina

It's a pretty hard thing to claim if a car is "safe" at ANY hp when going forced induction. What I do know from literally months of research and picking peoples brains is that the kit I just posted is what I believe to be one of the safest routes to go. Many people swear it to be one of the best kits. It makes awesome HP at a good price, and is fairly easy to install. I did mine a few months ago and couldn't be happier. I'm on stock boost levels (around 8PSI?) and should be pushing around the 570-580WHP range (havent dynoed it yet). Installed myself took a good weekend by myself, in my garage at home, and with fairly limited tools.
The supercharger is good for over 1000WHP (see youtube for proof etc). Sounds like a beast, and still has the blow off which is loud and pretty cool sounding!

Also to further answer your question. I'm running completely stock internals and its been great so far, been running it for about 3000miles. I'm running Stock air box. Ford Racing 47lb injectors (these are pretty maxed out at the moment - will upgrade to ID1000s at some point). Boost a pump (this just doubles your voltage to the stock fuel pump, again a cheap way of doing things but it works for now). And it was all tuned by Jon Lund - a great guy, very knowledgeable!!
Terry Reeves from Teambeefcakeracing.com is also very helpful and will hook you up with the best price on this kit if you decide to go with it.
