The rtr's are a lot smoother and quite. Almost like an even tone the entire time. I liked them, but they were 100% different than the Roush.

If you get these, at least delete the resonators.

This^. I'd just like for it to be louder in the upper RPM's. Hopefully the resonator delete does that.

Bahaha. I can't go dragging on GMU's campus, not that straight, and I'd have to blow through stop signs.

I like the rtr better over all. Loved the roush under 3k rpm.

I heard roushs' last night during a hwy cruise. As Mikey said, they sound purdy darn good under 3K but if you floor it, they sort of have a metallic sound to them. Bit raspy so to speak. I can't imagine how crappy they will be if you changed your stock manifolds n went carless.

I have Borla s types and without any bias, they fit the bill perfectly for me. They have mellowed out over time, nice deep rumble under 3k and a melody to my ears when you punch them..without being obnoxiously loud

Well, I have firmly decided on my next 3 mods. Ford Racing P springs, an adjustable panhard bar, and SHR flush mounted window louvers.

Also, I will be having my car re painted under warranty during the summer, bubbling paint issues, as well as a bad scratch on the right rear quarter panel.

What's the weight difference between stock wheel/tire and what you have now?

Not much, I think like 3 pounds a wheel. How much do the stock GT Premium wheels weigh? 30 pounds?

I'm fairly sure the RTR's are 27 pounds, but they are 9.5 compared to the factory 8.5. So I have 275's instead of 245's.

Eh, I've scrapped that idea for now, especially with 2 speeding tickets. I'll just wait a while and throw in the CJ cams, CJ Intake Manifold, and rev auto CAI all at once when the warranty is nearly done, and increase the redline to 7.5K.

Really the only tune I would have gone with is FRPP because it's a stock engine, and they offer their own warranty until 3 years or 36k miles.

So you don't know the weight difference you're just guessing?

Guesstimate. I know I am saving some weight over the stock 19" wheels, and these are wider, and look way better.

Yep, I had gotten a few things within the first few months of when I first got the car, then stagnant for a while. Install costs are what is going to be a PITA.

How many points on the license?

I just paid for mine, once I do driving school I won't have any points.

10 points total. Haven't done the driving school yet. The courts haven't issued anything, although I thought it was mandatory for anyone under 19 in VA.

---------- Post added at 03:01 AM ---------- Previous post was at 03:00 AM ----------

I think the max that DS would knock off would be 5 points.

For us it's a case by case basis. Although I had 2 infractions on the ticket driving school erases the whole ticket. So I'll have a clean record. Thank god cause I've been really considering a DD lately and I would hate insurance to go up.
