This is what I think happened now. I've heard those tabs are very fragile. I have no idea how I'd take off the broken one and put on a new one though.

You don't. The tabs are the bumper. One and the same.

Does that mean I need a new bumper or I have to get stuck with this...

If that part of the bumper is torn, it will have to be repaired. If the plastic part that the bumper snaps into broke then you can get that part replaced. It's hard to say based on the one picture. These bumper covers are meant to be disposable.

Here is a YouTube video that does a good job of demonstrating removal and replacement of the bumper cover

http://youtu.be/-NMGscoEJIw

Here are some screen shots of the part where you are having trouble.

To remove the bumper you would need

7mm
10 mm
Flat head screw driver
Phillips head screw driver
Half a brain

Yeah, taking the bumper cover on/off is pretty easy. Make sure you get your parents permission first.

Fixed. Didn't need to do any of that. Looked at it again and a screw had displaced. About a minute and a 7mm wrench, and it was fixed.

Short rev video of the RTR street spec exhaust. Friend cut the video off too soon. Boss side exhaust isn't installed yet.

Accidentally had it as private, unlisted now. Should be good to click on the link and view.

Just noticed this yesterday, tough to get a picture of. Anyone have the edge of the front fenders next to the hood slightly more tucked in than with the edge of the hood.

As in the hood line goes below the fenders a bit?

No, like the front edge of the fender near the headlight and hood, goes in, and isn't flush with the end of the hood.

It's minor, but now that I know it's there, it's bugging me. You can't see it in the picture. It would be hard to get a picture of it. It's like the edge of the fender near the headlight and hood. It's slightly in on both sides. Running your finger along it, it's noticeable. This part may be me imagining tbings, but it seems like a slight gap too. Kinda hard to explain.

Could i just take it to a shop and have them make some bends and have it come out the sides or do i have to buy some kind of kit?

There are companies that make the boss side pipe h or X. Then you just fab up your own side pipes and if your a total bad a$$ you get some electronic cut out controllers so you don't have to be rockin side pipe action all the time.

Possible dumb questions inbound. What shot of nitrous is safe for a dry kit, and a wet kit of nitrous. I think I've heard 50 for dry, and 100 for wet. What all would be needed too. A friend of a friend is selling a nitrous kit for the 5.0. Any issues with a used kit?

You can shoot wet or dry safe up to 150. It's all in the tune. Dry is arguably safer on this car, with the stock manifold.
