Running lean on Cold start in cold temperatures.

This is a link to the video of the problem I had talked about ealier.
So on cold starts in cold temperatures my car seems to idle incredibly low. It's makes thumping sounds and they are terrble. As you can see a tend hear from the video. It's almost as if it's a tend bout to stall itself out, but it powers it's way threw. I just cleaned the MAF sensor, so I won't know until tomorrow if it actually helped. I took it to the dealership, but all they told me was that it runs lean on cold starts. And they couldent fix it due to aftermarket components.... all I have is a carbon fiber JLT intake, kooks long tube headers, kooks x pype with cats, Borla Atak mufflers, Lund tune... any help as to what this problem may be directly traced to?

Is this happening every time? Last week I started and the outside temp was 48 degrees and I heard a knock. Turned it off and tried again with no issue. JLT cold air, roush axle back, and bama 93 race tune.
