Tie rod question

If my steering wheel is slightly off center, can the tie rods be adjusted to center it?

What has changed to make your steering wheel off center? Did you hit a curb? Did you change the LCAs?

Adjusting tie rods will change the alignment, but it is possible it is out of alignment already which is the root cause of your problem. In older cars I would pull the steering wheel off and rotate a tooth, but wouldn't try this with an air bag car.

Monitor tire wear for a bit to see if your alignment is off.
