Hellion kit baby!

Alright so I'm going for a hellion kit soon, so what I'm wondering what parts do I need to build my engine to be able to handle this amount, for example block, rods, pistons etc.

P.S I'm currently running a 2013 GT everything stock.

Should probably start with how much power do you want to have?

If you're planning on running at or near the 1k level, double the price of that Hellion kit for supporting parts.

Why on earth would you need 1k horsepower? You'll need forged heads, rods, pistons, I'm sure I'm missing something, massive fuel injectors, a 9 in rear probably, new clutch, massive overhaul in suspension. This car isn't like old school m3's where a turbo and e-85 gets you massive hp. Ford skipped out on a lot of stuff to make this car cheaper than the m3.

Sell the stock coyote motor op and use that to fund an aluminator. Those motors can handle 1000+ rwhp.

And as far as these motors go (coyote), they will outshine anything BMW has. Last I checked these motors can run 650rwhp with good tuning and it can go passed 7500rpm.

It's entirely ok to want tons of HP, as long as you either have a bottomless checking account to recover from your flubs, or, you realize your own limitations and are willing to have someone else step in that knows what they're doing to ensure your hard earned dollars are invested wisely so it doesn't break every time you lay into it. Either way, 1000 hp makes anything a crap shoot at that point and the potential to break things is normal, and you're willing to accept that your car isn't going to be as reliable as it was when you got it out of the box.

900+ on 14lbs? E85? Stock heads? Cams?
And lower compression a little fishy honestly. For 14lbs if it's lower compression and stock heads/ cams

Stock head and cams? What's the compression ratio? Was the 50 shot ran up top on the dyno run?

You won't hear the cam regardless if he still has the VCT.
Do you know if the nitrous was used during the dyno run? I'm trying to put together the 900 on 14 psi

It can be done on 18 psi with e85 and stock compression, with the 60's.
But not on 14, and I'm assuming he has the aluminator, with the 9:5 compression ratio. Which also has stock heads.

If he is spraying the 50 shot all the way through then it will be closer to a 100 -110 hp at the tires do to the e85.

It's possible then since he sprayed it. That answers the question.

Horsepower nation(on tv) did a hellion tt instal on a boss. The only other thing they needed to add was a full exhaust.
So, full exhaust + hellion tt + stock boss motor @ 16lbs = 910rwhp

Kinda want to sell my 5.0 and get a boss and go that route. I know there are still brand new bosses out there...lol, but the plan is to get a snake of a different breed!

The boss only has slightly better rods and minorly better heads. The cost difference between a normal coyote and a boss you could just forge the internals and do even better head work. Then the car will handle more power and make power easier.

Hellion kit baby!

Okay I was at my buddies shop and he told me to just go aluminator aswell, opinions on this idea?
He also mentioned a super charger is a better route aswell instead of the twin turbos.
