Get start on suspension!

Hi guys I'm new here, just trade in my v6 for a v8 and it's worth everything! Only got 2k on the car and no mods besides diffuser and gt500 quad tip axel back. Before adding any power with tuners&CIA I want to start with suspension first. If you can't put the power down they are useless right?

Here's my build list:
BMR non- adj LCA&brackets
BMR adj UCA&mounts
BMR Adj panhard bar
Eibach pro springs (just want 1" drop)
Koni yellow but not sure should go with 05-10 or 13-14
Also not sure should get gt500 strut mount or steeda super duty mount depends on which Koni to get
Not really a trac driver so no sway bars

This is my first thought
Please give me opinions! Thanks~
Ps: Do I need to get camber plates? I don't think I'll adjust suspension on my own

Good choice going with suspension 1st! I just did my UCA, LCA & Panhard bar today & wow what a huge difference! No more wheel hop!
If u go with GT500 mounts u will need 05-10 dampers.
With a small drop you might not need CC plates, u should be able to get to specs with either the gt500 mounts (I hear flipping them helps put camber back to specs) or the steeda mounts I believe allow for some camber adjustments.
Other than that looks like a good build list to me!

My alignment was still in spec with the 1" Eibach drop.

I also have a suspension question, I have a 2014 Mustang, but I have the 05-10 Koni yellows because I want to use the GT500 strut mounts. I'm planning to get the Eibach Pro kit too, will the 11-14 Eibachs fit or do I need to get the 05-10 Eibach Pros. The 11-14 and 05-10 Eibach Pros have a different drop height. Thanks.

Thanks a lot for the advise! Do you think 13-14 konis are better than 05-10? I've seen a lot of guys put on 05-10 just to use gt500 mounts, is it really necessary?

I honestly don't know, man But I think you can use both the springs.

With the pro kit springs I would get the 05-10 Yellows and GT500 mounts. You can get your camber/ caster within spec on those springs very easily.

I shot you a PM, if you have any questions at all feel free to ask!! So far that kit is solid, we've done that very same kit on over 100 cars, no complaints

I don't think one is better than the other. I would either go with 05-10 w/ gt500 mounts or 11+ w/ CC plates. Mots people seem to go with 05-10s to use the gt500 mounts since reusing the oem sucks & buying CC plates is expensive!
