New Cervinis hood.

Finally got my Cervinis Type IV Ram Air Hood. Fit and finish were fantastic, no gaps or shake. Body shops loved it. Let me know what y'all think. I personally love it. Now to sell my OEM hood. I also added black out 5.0 emblems.

Agreed, I'm not a fan of it. But if it makes him happy, that's all that matters. It's his money.

Reckon it's a good thing y'all don't have to drive it. Looks fantastic to me and couldn't be happier with the fit and finish. Thanks for the kind feedback.

If you KEEP your stock parts, sure makes it a hell of a lot easier to sell the car down the road.

Didn't really think of that. Covered up and in the barn it goes. Thanks for the compliments.

I like the stock spoiler. I think it fits the car. I'd like to lower it but living on a dirt road prevents that. Not sure what I'll do next. Thanks for the comments.

I have the same hood and really like it, but get rid of your stock hood.
Long story but the hood may get cracks.
The first one cracked a month after I put it on.. they replaced it for free.. the second one started cracking in a different spot a few week later..
I'm not sure if it the shipping or what..
I was suppose to send back the replacement hood but I was told to keep it.
So not I have one I can have checked / repaired and repainted..

Im definitely keeping it. I've got my OEM hood wrapped up and put aside in the barn. Makes sense to have a back up just for peace of mind. I don't need the few hundred bucks. Thanks for the advice that never really crossed my mind. That's why I love this place. And glad not every one hates it lol. My next upgrade is a front spoiler and a Boss 302 exhaust with a Roush Axle back.

When I sold my Camaro I had saved all my stock parts, the guy had to bring a buddy with a truck to get them. Additionally, since we agreed on an OBO price for the car, I had a few things on the car I forgot to list and was able to slap the stock parts in their place before he came to pick it up. Sold those parts separately and recouped the money I didn't get in the sale of the car.

I like the hood, it has a very bold look. I couldn't imagine owning a black car and driving down a dirt road every day, that would drive the OCD part of me nuts lol.

It's not to bad. I can keep it pretty clean creeping along at a few MPH but unfortunately don't have much of a choice living on a ranch.

If you have Cervinis paint it's about an 8 week wait; I had my body shop do it.

Was a joke. I love the hood. And Cervinis fit and finish are second to none along with amazing customer service. They treat you like the most important customer they have.

No, while I'm sure they do a great job I wasn't waiting 8-10 weeks. I just had the hood sent to my body shop and had them do it. Much quicker and turned out great. Plus any issues could be easily resolved locally.
