Installing a SuperCharger on my 14 GT

I have a 14 5.0 automatic, I brought a Vortech V3-si Tuner Kit w/ 47Ib injectors and a JLT intake. I currently have a UPR x pipe and my tune is being done by Jon Lund.. I'm installing it Tuesday. Click image for larger version

Lund recommend my setup. Since I don't want any more power down the road and guessing I should be at 585-600rwhp

Great setup I personally like the Paxton better but they are pretty much the same thing. I'm auto also and I'm looking to go centrifugal s/c as well. Good luck with it. Let me know how you like it when you get it on.

Lund actually leaves about 15 mins from me lol. Let me know how the tune is as well. Think I may switch from vmp.

Lol I had a supercharged 3.7 mustang but it was wasn't quick vs my old cam ls1 Trans am

So on a scale 1-10 how difficult is that installation? It doesn't look to bad but I've never done it before. I have decent knowledge as I went through an automotive tech course but at a community college so nothing special by any means.

The hardest and may need 2 people is installing the bracket on the car and having someone installing the belt and pulleys when the other person is bolting the pulley into the bracket, other than that it took about 12 hours to do

Nice job boosted. You will enjoy it. When you start getting used to the boost, get the torque booster. It makes a HUGE difference. Install a boost gauge so you can keep and eye on things.

Runs very good, went to FL2K14 with it and with 7 hours of driving and racing it still ran cool and good
