Road paint removal tips?

Washed my car the other day and noticed a small yellow streak/s on the rear qtr panel way down low and on the running panel behind the front wheel. I don't know if I got into some wet road paint of if it's tar that maybe changes color? Idk. But I washed the hell out of it and no luck. What's a good paint safe product to try. Or am I better off taking it to my local detailer?

Try some WD-40 on a microfiber cloth.

Clay bar. You can get it at any auto part store.

Meguiar's Claybar would probably get it out. Follow by a little 3-1 oil rubbed in with a rag.
