Even with the stock 420 crank hp and about 2k into suspension mods/tires I can promise a huge grin on his face, it's not about how much power, it's about how much you can lay down

Surprised no one has mentioned nitrous, run a 125 shot + × pipe + tune and get some tires maybe lower control arms, still be well within 5k. That combo is good enough to run mid 11s or better and thats being modest!

Nitrous is cheap until that $40-50/fill up with 10-15 pulls per bottle end up costing you more than $5k.

Better have your ducks in a line messing with nitrous, especially if you plan on going over a 150, and it's definitely not cheaper, up front it can be

Say $1500 for a plate nitrous setup well its gonna take a lot of refills to still add up to $5000-$6000 they want for a supercharger depends on how often your spraying.....yes you gotta refill it but 500 hp is 500 hp whether it's turbo, supercharger, n/a or bottle if 500 hp is your goal nitrous is still the cheapest bang for the buck unless your racing the hell out of it.... I chose spray I read of way more problems with supercharger and turbos than a bottle .........people say nitrous is cheating well i see it no different than boost just another way to put oxygen in there to perform better

1500 is a cheap kit, a custom kit that will set you in the best place can set you back over 4,000 easily with everything.

Only thing down about nitrous is anything over a 150 shot on a coyote is, asking for your ring glands to take a crap on you

Oh Yea it can be as spendy as you want it I'm just talking a basic plate kit for his 500 hp goal not a custom direct port setup with a controller and pusher system lol but I couldn't see a cheaper way to make power significantly on these cars than nitrous

Yea that's true.that's why I'm only running a 100 shot with the NANO on top but Id personally go forged on spray or boost if your looking for large numbers just for the reliability factor yea you can get high numbers on a supercharger with factory internals but for how long you know...... why risk it just build it to hold your goals be less machining involved lol........ I'm full bolt ons and currently installing a plate I should be around 550 ish im guessing which will be fine for me well at least for a little while till I get bored and gotta give MMR a call lol

Hahaha right .......anyhow OP you would be 500+ hp with 100+ shot and full bolt ons .....mufflers aint gonna net you anything but tone........or you can get it all n/a with cj,cams,head work etc but that ain't gonna be any cheap

On a real dyno not a glorified dyno to make you happy with #'s

Full exhaust, boss intake, etc with a 100 shot will get you 520-530 at the tires.
