You have a different tire size than stock, and no tune to figure in the new height. Thats why it's showing lower

Yeah I know my speedometer is off by like. 4 mph, I know because... I have the Passport 9500ix Radar detector which shows my speed (correct speed) bcus it matched my speedometer before the new 285 rears. So I know the radars correct. Its on my IG "TrevorsGT" if u wanna see...

Nope, I ran 650 rwhp on the stock 2 piece and plenty of 150+ mph runs on it

Mine hits 150. I live in the country. I have a great two lane flat road I topped out on and was pegged at 150. Who knows if the speedo is right at that speed or not.

Ive taken my stock 5.0 to 150. Its lowered (megan ****ty coilovers at the time), '13 GT500 quad exhaust, which i dont think adds any power and stock 19" premium 5-spoke wheels, 3.31 gear.
150mph 5th gear, 6th gear it falls flat on its face. Got to 150 twice and it couldnt go any higher.
