Sweet! Ride looks sweet. I went ahead and got the j&m caster camber plates and j&m panhard bar for the eibach sportlines. A 2" drop in the rear is what im most excited about. What exactly do the control arms do?

Lowers help with wheel hop and stiffen the rear end up. The upper control arm is a must if you're lowering. Your pinion angle will be off on your driveshaft. So you'll need an adjustable
Upper control arm to fix that

I would not trust the alignments bolts for high stress (track / road course) reliability. Or even long term reliability. Over time they will weaken, the threaded bolt moving around a little bit also wears the inside of where the bolt goes and the hole gets bigger. Its just not something I would trust, unless you have a "show" car, not a "go" car.
ie: by "showcar".... you daily drive it like a grandma, and never push it to the limits or track it.
