Flash glare took away from the halo clarity. I don't actually have the fog light connected. Will get a better one tomorrow. Now I just need whiter bulbs for the Roush fogs to match.
Just a heads up(and it varies state by state), but there is a limit on the number of "forward facing lights".

Noob question: can you pull out a GT grill just like the one on 3.7? Being a big and tall guy, it's gonna suck taking my bumper off on my own lool

Thank you for the heads up on that. I actually looked into it prior to making my purchases because I assumed I was doing something illegal so I found the laws in Oklahoma and printed them out highlighting the sections that I'm taking advantage of the "use at the drivers discretion" to provide any law enforcement that gives me a hard time about it. Not that they won't slap me with a ticket but at least they know I know what I'm doing and if the do write a citation I can get it removed during the court appearance. Also, since I have the boss grille I have the fog deletes if I need to stroke their ego for the moment and cover them up. But I think they turned out pretty sweet and are a good unique touch with the Roush ones.

Not true, at least on my '14. the only way the parking lights are on are if you turn them on with either the headlights or the parking lights. Off or auto do not turn them on. (far left and far right options)

Same for me. On my '14 they are never on, unless I turn them on manually with the parking lights. They are never on if I put them on auto.

Hey man when you get the smoke halos in let me know how the tint is on the lens. Because I have heard from a couple of people that it looks brown during the day. But I would like to see this product in person for myself and be the judge. But i have not came across anybody that has them.

The color of the halo is just slightly different than the headlights. It's a tad more blue as you can see in the picture. It's a crappy picture that my friend took but I think you get the idea.Click image for larger version

The DRLs are a pure white LED, the halo CCFLs have a blue-ish visibility but they are not a true blue like with some oracle kits.

They don't look too bad, if I could do it over with the Raxiom I would have chose the chrome and then done the tinting myself or had it done so it would be a truer black tint instead of the smoked (brownish) tint.

If I could do it over completely I would have not been bought the Raxiom halos at all!! I am on my 3rd set now due to defects! I purchased my original set around Christmas 2014 and guess what... Another one went out yesterday! This is the second set where one of the halos just stops working for some reason and doesn't come back on. I did the wiring correctly, they were good and worked perfect for a couple of months the last time. They have a quality looking product, I do really like the way they look; but either the durability isn't there or the construction is faulty. The guys at AM probably hate me for having to utilize the 2 year warranty on these things so much but damn, at a rate of 3 every 6 months by the time the 2 year warranty is up I will have already bought a something more reliable or give up on halos altogether as a daily use feature of my car and leave it to the Need For Speed mustang to showcase how cool something could be.

The only issue I had is that whenever I spliced the wires into my parking lights the things didn't work real well, so the halos wouldn't stay on & it burnt out my driver side parking light. I took the splices out & I'm gonna go back in and do it with a 3 way splice and a connector later on so I'm able to take the number off w/o taking the fog lights out.

I know I'm late to the convo but in my opinion these halo fogs totally transform the front end and make it look so much more aggressive

Yea it goes in the stock bracket for the fogs. The stock grill set up is 3 pieces and the billet grill essentially replaces 1 of the 3 and the fogs just sit behind it in place where they have always been.

I had mines holding strong since 2012 i think. Then suddenly coming from the grocery i was sitting in my car and saw the reflection of the lights off another car driving by.... "!" Metal gear alert sound. Got out walked to the front and "ain't that a b!tch" halo dead on the passenger probably the most disgusting thing i ever seen besides the peel and stick air vents from AutoZone. Tried to hide by illuminating the whole fog light but the yellowish bulb and this blueish halo still shows that one is out "arrrrrrrrrgh"charlie Brown choice.

But I'm going with a yellow and black theme so i'm getting yellow halos this time

Yeah man that is a very good point. The first set of halos that I received undamaged I followed the instructions for wiring (knowing it wasn't the most efficient method because it provided no real option for bumper removal besides cutting the writes and re-splicing them). Anyways, they worked a little while but they just weren't as bright as I anticipated from images I'd seen.

On my current pair I said F-it I'm going rogue and so I added length with matching wiring then I used male/female connectors to allow me to disconnect them if I need to remove the bumper and not have to resplice them. They were exponentially brighter.

Now another one is out again but the other side this time. So I look like clown shoes driving around with one halo on. Does anyone know anything about wiring/lighting techniques or
methods that are more effective and efficient?

Yea. Actually, your fuse box has extra spots in it. What you can do(this'll take a lot of wire) is run some wires with length to the fuse box. Put in an extra 10amp fuse(safety) and then run the wires from the fuse box to your interior. You can put a switch anywhere in the interior that you can flip them on and off with. So that way they won't die as fast and you have 100% control of them.
