K member shift?

Is it possible for a k member to shift? I can't get my car aligned to save my life lol. The one tire is always straight up and down with the fender when the the other is tilted in a bit like it should be. I'm lowered on coilovers and have caster camber plates now but it's an on going problem even when I was stock ride height. The one tire that straight up and down with the fender gets chopped on the inside.
