Sct return to stock error?

So my 11 gt is at the body shop and it needs to go to Ford to have a new EPAS programed. I went down to the shop and returned the tune to stock with my x4 and did a kam reset. When done the car idled really rough and was missing. Threw engine light for some sort of block corrupt code or something. I called sct and they suggested unplug battery for 5 min so I did so. After about 10 min I plugged it back in and everything seemed good. Now after a few weeks of the car being at the shop and being moved in and put of the shop a few times the engine light back on for P0300. Would the car being fired up and moved around on a stock tune cause this with having a jlt cai, boss im headers etc? Personally I doubt it and wonder if the original issue returning to stock is still causing an issue. My question is should I attempt to put my tune back on or is there a way to get a copy of the factory calibration for my x4? Don't want to try and upload my tune see if it fixes it and brick the pcm.... Anyone else had a similar issue? And no I don't remember what the corrupt block code was. It was a few weeks ago.

I would not even start that car on the stock tune with those mods.

Doubt it's gonna hurt it if your not driving it for a distance or beating on it. I always had to remove the tune down the street from the dealer whenever I took it in for warranty work and never had an issue.

Well I would put your tune back on. Did you save your stock tune to your computer?

That I am not sure. Basically got my tunes, loaded them to the x4 and installed them. Don't recall ever transferring the factory tune anywhere..
