Adjustable Panhard bar: How to adjust?

I own a 2014 Ford Mustang GT and I recently lowered it by 1 1/2 inches (looks great). But after more research I learned that an adjustable Panhard bar is recommended. I have bought one and want to have it installed however, how do you know how to adjust it? Anyone have any recommendations on what I should be telling the auto shop im going to tomorrow?

Thanks in advance fellas.

BMR but how tight do I need to go to stop the lateral movement of my rear axel?

BMR does not specify a torque. What I did with mine was to make it as tight as I could. Also, I added loctite blue to keep them secured.
