You could just get a tube with the same OD as the pieces ID and just put a little epoxy on it.

I've seen them on tables for sale at the AM car show in Maple Grove. Good deals were available. Most large places like AM have outlets for used and returned goods.

Goat Tuff Glue will repair that. I have used a LOT of glues and don't know what they do to make their glue different, but that glue is unreal on what it holds together. I have used it where other glues failed miserably and that stuff is wicked.
