Yes I have the off road jba 3 inch h pipe with roush axelbacks. It sounds amazing. No drone on highway which was my main concern before I bought it but I'm pretty happy with it.

I have it with my GT500 axlebacks. Sounds great but the fitment wasn't perfect, had to hammer the pipe a little bit to make it completely circular. I kept the catalytic converters on.

Do you have any drone? Because I want to keep my cats mainly for the reason that I live in California and we get pulled over for nearly everything lol. And will I notice a difference in noise with my borla s types?

No drone from what I can tell. After adding the H pipe it did get a little louder but not a huge amount. Removing the cats would make it way louder, and probably cause drone.

Removing cats will induce drone.

I run open longtubes with 90* elbows pointed upwards through holes in the floorboards. Zero drone as well. Helps my emphysema too.
